Your Quest For Health And Happiness
Identify the problem
Your quest for good health and happiness starts with being clear about what you want and why. Most of us need someone else to help us step outside our thinking patterns and guide us towards a positive solution to our challenges.
The best way to receive help is to understand your problem and identify what has been stopping you from living your best life. You may often feel unwell or stressed; my job is to ask questions to pinpoint the real problem. Once the problem is defined, I need to find ways to help you recover.
There are several possible paths we may walk to find your personalised solution. Read on to discover some of them
Analyse nutritional deficiencies
I may need to work out if you have trace mineral deficiencies. People often take vitamins, but their bodies can’t absorb them properly if they are trace mineral deficient. This is a critical starting point whether you have aches and pains or stress that is causing you to have panic attacks. People often ask, “How will this help my upset stomach?” But it is like building a house; you don’t start from the roof. I don’t want to do a band-aid job when I treat you. By the end of your treatment, I want you to feel great and to stay that way.
Review unhealthy habits
We must ensure you don’t fall back into old unhealthy habits, which is easy to do: unhealthy habits like checking the fridge to see what you can nibble on or feeling too tired to go for that walk. I need to help you remove your blocks so you don’t slip back into those old ways.
Plan the life you were meant to live
You will be amazed at how many problems are caused by things that have happened in your past, and they keep multiplying. You don’t realise it is as if you are dragging a bag of past happenings around with you. Our bodies are fascinating, and I’d love to help you make the most of yours so you can live the life you were meant to live.
